Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless defective.

How to return

Email hello@farwastudio.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions and, for UAE orders, a shipping label. Pack the piece securely in its original packaging and send it back using the instructions provided. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, follow the return process above and let us know you would like an exchange. Subject to availability, we will ship your new piece as soon as we receive the original.

Faulty items

Every farwa is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. If you ever discover a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will make it right, whether that means a repair, a replacement, or a refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
