The FARWA, reconsidered.

The FARWA is a Bedouin winter coat, lined in sheepskin, worn for centuries across the Arabian Peninsula against the cold of desert nights. It was practical before it was beautiful, and then it became both. A marker of hospitality, of status, of belonging to a place.

We make FARWAs for a life that moves between climates. The same coat that holds up on a January evening in Stockholm sits easily over a dress in a Dubai hotel lobby. Not a costume, not a revival. A continuation.

Each coat is cut and hand-finished in limited runs. Linings are set by hand. Seams are pressed, not overlocked. We release pieces when they are ready, not on a seasonal calendar, which means some styles sell out and do not return.

The studio is based in Dubai. The company is registered in London. Everything is shipped from the UAE.
